"I am very pleased with the preparation and treatment from Mr Raine. He made sure I understood the risks and the limitations of each procedure, and the actual results exceeded my expectations."
Cameron Raine graduated from the University of Edinburgh Medical School and trained in plastic surgery in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle and Sydney, Australia.
Having been awarded a higher surgical degree from the University of Edinburgh he went on to win two surgical scholarships. The first was undertaken in the UK and concentrated on all aspects of reconstructive and cosmetic breast surgery. Thereafter a Royal College of Surgeons travelling scholarship took him to the United States, where he spent time in Atlanta, Georgia and Orange County, California. These fellowships allowed Cameron to consolidate his experience in all aspects of cosmetic surgery including face lifting, eyelid rejuvenation, nose reshaping, body contouring, female genital surgery, breast enlargement, breast reduction, fat grafting and liposculpture.
As an NHS consultant Cameron offers a specialist surgical service for patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer. In the private sector he concentrates on cosmetic surgery in all its forms and has extensive experience in the non-surgical treatment of facial lines.
Cameron is a member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) as well as the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS).
Outside of medicine Cameron enjoys a variety of activities with interests ranging from art and music to skiing and sailing. He is happily married with two children.
The care I received from start to finish was fantastic. Mr Raine and his staff helped me feel relaxed and reassured through the whole process of my surgery.
