We used an incision in the fold under each breast to create a partially sub-muscular pocket. We inserted nanotextured silicone gel round implants of 360g volume. Surgery was uneventful.
The aesthetic result is satisfactory. It was really important that Ely spent time trying sizer in a non padded bra and decided exactly what she wanted.
