Ailsas tummy was stretched significantly by her two pregnancies. We performed a full abdominoplasty with liposuction to flanks, lateral anterior and upper thighs.
We used ultrasonic dissection to minimise trauma of the tissue. Other wounds were all closed with internal dissolving sutures.
