Ewa has recently published on the topic of bilateral therapeutic mammoplasty (a technique in which the breast tissue is preserved and reshaped at the time of breast cancer removal whilst at the same time the other breast is being reduced to achieve breast symmetry) in PMFA Journal.
Breast reconstruction is one of Ewa's special interests. In this article Ewa discusses indications, technique and current evidence on safety and aesthetic outcomes of bilateral therapeutic mammoplasty in breast cancer patients.
