Ken Stewart was invited to New Dehli India recently as the guest of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences to teach an ear reconstruction workshop.
The two day event involved live video streaming of surgery to an audience of around 200 delegates. Dr Stewart operated both days and shared his knowledge and experience.
This is the second workshop in India where Dr Stewart has performed live surgery, the previous one being in Chennai in 2015. He has previously been invited to demonstrate surgical techniques at two workshops in Oman and in October 2016 will be a guest surgeon in Hannoi, Vietnam.
Ken said: "Dehli was a great experience and it was an honour to be invited to perform live surgery in front of a distinguished group of plastic surgeons."
